PPHM provides, contract refining, trading, brokerage, consulting and project development services related to trading and transportation of crude oil, petroleum products, natural gas and liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and other commodities.

PPHM business started back in 1970's, in Rotterdam, with the refurbishment of a refinery in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The name, PPHM is associated with the initials of the founder, PPHM Snoeren. The Snoeren family dates well back in to the 15 century. The web page has been made for the Hong Kong operations of the family. Where we are an association of consultants and legal entities marketing their products and services under the name PPHM. The association foundation was when in the early 90's PPHM opened its office in Hong Kong. PPHM has a long track record in participation in developments in the food, beverage, hotel, construction and energy industry projects. PPHM is to date still active in these fields.
